Role Summary: In the role, the Manufacturing Specialist in Cabinets on 1st shift, you will:
Assemble product using appropriate support documentation in R / 3, blueprints, schematics, Manufacturing Process Instructions (MPIs), specifications, Lists of Materials (LMs), customer special instructions, Bills of Material (BOMs), Orbit Central, and Dolphin System in support of all Production Plan and Global Project requirements
Communicate with sales, planners, engineering, and management on a level necessary to allow closed-loop communication of assembly and scheduling issues
High School Diploma / GED from accredited school or institution
Minimum 1 year of experience in Assembly or Warehouse
Work overtime, weekends and holidays, as required
Work in a constant pushing, pulling, lifting, stretching, bending and other physical activities
Be in the shop environment a minimum of 8 hours per day, primarily standing and sitting, as required
Be subjected to extreme heat for extended periods of time and willingness to lift objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
Stand for long periods of time, as required
Work around approved chemicals
Work the 1st Shift
Experience working in an International Organization for Standardization (ISO) environment
Cabinet assembly experience
Demonstrated communication skills
Stock experience or knowledge of stock procedures (example: FIFO)
Ability to work well with others
