Role Summary:

 

BHGE offers the opportunity as an experienced Business Process Management Specialist

 

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Under direct supervision, manages data maintenance, work on short term and long term projects assigned.

  • Support different functional group within BHGE for projects to be executed.

  • Handling database and data mining

  • Analysing & maintenance of data, expediting – purchase orders, purchase info records, master data, delivery dates, invoices etc.

  • Work with pre-approved guidelines. Assist proactively to help achieve organizational goals

  • Actively uses continuous improvement tools to improve HS&E, quality, delivery, financial performance, employee engagement, and customer satisfaction

  • Handles special projects as assigned

  • Conducts all business activities in accordance with BHGE  Health, Safety and Environmental policies, Legal Compliance requirements and Baker Hughes Core Values

 

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree with preferable 1-2 years Supply chain or similar experience
  • Ability to analyse and present statistical data

  • Excellent Communication and Analytical skills. Detailed oriented.

  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications, including some knowledge of advanced level of Excel functionality

  • Good organizational and time management skills

  • Must be able to balance multiple tasks in a challenging, fast-paced work environment.

 

Desired Characteristics:

  • Master’s degree preferred

  • Experience in SAP – MM module
