BHGE offers the opportunity as an experienced Business Process Management Specialist
- Under direct supervision, monitor and reconcile job tickets to field job data, maintain SAP job data and prepare customer invoices efficiently
Basic knowledge of accounting principles
Analysing data, purchase orders, order acknowledgement, master data, invoices. Assists in facilitating resolution of inquiries and customer concerns related to the Customer Billing process
Responsible to coordinate with intercompany cross functions globally
Support different functional group within BHGE for projects to be executed
Work with pre-approved guidelines. Assist proactively to help achieve organizational goals
Actively uses continuous improvement tools to improve HS&E, quality, delivery, financial performance, employee engagement, and customer satisfaction
- Handles special projects as assigned
- Conducts all business activities in accordance with BHGE Health, Safety and Environmental policies, Legal Compliance requirements and Baker Hughes Core Values
- Bachelor’s degree with preferable 2 years of Finance or Supply chain or similar experience
Ability to analyse and present statistical data
Excellent Communication and Analytical skills. Detailed oriented.
Good knowledge of MS Office applications, including some knowledge of advanced level of Excel functionality
Good organizational and time management skills
Must be able to balance multiple tasks in a challenging, fast-paced work environment.
Master’s degree preferred
Experience in SAP – MM module
