Role Summary:
Are you looking for a Graduate opportunity working in a fast-paced business environment?


If so, then this is the role for you!



You will be responsible for supporting the Global Services Team to deliver process improvements for our customers. We are looking for someone with a keen interest in Supply Chain, IT, and a willingness to learn

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Global Operations team to help improve the business process of the newly formed BHGE
  • The ability to lead through vision & implementation
    Liase with cross-functional business units including Project Planning, Sourcing, Logistics, etc.
  • Ability to understand business processes, issues and concerns and translate into solutions
    The ability to work independently to a high standard
  • Manufacturing processes (workload and capacity planning, Master scheduling, & operations planning, Quality management, Manufacturing Engineering, sourcing)
  • New technology (Laser measurement, 3D printing, RFID, NDT, etc.)
  • HQ environment; interaction with top senior management
  • Provide training and support on various IT and ERP systems

    Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Business, IT, Project Management (or relevant) Degree
  • Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Keen interest in Supply Chain & Services
  • Able to work within a multi-discipline, cross-functional environment
  • Strong communicator
  • Flexible and strong negotiator skills
  • Analytical, project management and tracking skills
  • Ability to work fast on a computer. Experience in MS Excel (Formulas, pivot tables, …), ERP/MRP systems is a plus
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills
  • Ability to work in a Matrix organization (Product; region; functions)
