Role Summary:
The Lead Field Manager will own a portfolio of long term service agreements for the Measurement Solutions product line, developing practical and innovative ways to ensure regulatory compliance while meeting overarching business goals. You will be required to utilize your technical expertise to lead and support field operations at various customer sites enabling short-term and long-term business goals.

Essential Responsibilities:
In the role of Lead Field Manager, you will

  • Be responsible for the daily operations and administrative functions necessary to coordinate and efficiently execute all required servicing activities. These activities include engineering studies, product installation, commissioning, periodic maintenance, repair, testing, adjustment, troubleshooting, verification and any other operational requirement as the manager of long term Supporting Service Agreements (SSA)
  • Be required to provide comprehensive job preplanning including all logistics, tooling, Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS), and technical work scopes applicable to assignments
  • Support additional field operations outside the scope of your SSA assignments which may include various field work activities for the M&S product line
  • Work closely with the Measurement Solutions North America Region Commercial team and other functional leaders to ensure appropriate resource coverage and capability as well as identify opportunities to achieve the services orders plan for assigned region / servicing support agreements
  • Grow and manage your assigned SSA portfolio across the United States and Canada
  • Lead efforts to ensure Customer Service excellence for assigned customers
  • Implement Operation Safety Policy instructions and conduct field work in compliance with all applicable HSE regulations and employee safety practices
  • Ensure operational excellence in the areas of integrity, controller ship and compliance

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited university or college.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a field services, production (manufacturing) or other operational role.

  • Prior military experience and/or active community service leadership
  • Proactive, can-do attitude with a bias for action and positive mental mindset
