Role Summary:
The Control Solutions Gulf Region After Market Sales Manager is a customer facing role responsible for winning business.

Essential Responsibilities:
In the role of Control Solutions Gulf Region After Market Sales Manager, you will:

  • Be responsible for driving the growth of Control Solutions Aftermarket offerings in the Gulf region through development and execution of region Aftermarket growth playbook
  • Proactive approach to sales, driving aggressive growth targets and address volume, and timing
  • Develop sales strategies, marketing campaign plans, conduct sales presentations and generate new opportunities
  • Accurately forecast opportunities including Orders and Sales via Deal Machines/SFDC
  • Build customer relationships at different levels for Business development and Sales
  • Manage the sales proposal process from opportunity identification through project kickoff
  • Lead deal structuring, pricing and all other proposal development activities as the sales team's primary proposal customer interface
  • Lead deal strategy development and reviews, ultimately obtaining appropriate approvals for pricing, delivery and other commercial terms for specific sales proposals
  • Identify upgrade and control platform migration opportunities and communicate to region sales team members
  • Work with Marketing to develop new products and services for business growth
  • Lead and participate in Lean Six Sigma projects to improve the sales proposal process
  • Demonstrate commercial and technical expertise in specific market and lead opportunity planning
  • Own territory planning and forecasting for your specified geography

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales Origination or Sales Support

    Eligibility Requirements:

  • Travel up to 50%, as required

    Desired Characteristics:
  • 5 or more years of prior experience in Power Generation and/or Oil & Gas industries.
  • Commercial sales experience in closing contractual agreements
  • Excellent interpersonal and team building skills
  • Customer-focused mindset with proven ability to respond quickly to customer needs
  • Proven coordination and influencing skills.
  • Knowledge of customer financial drivers/needs
  • Able to effectively lead and energize a multi-functional team to meet sales plan
  • Demonstrated ability to apply Six Sigma to improve customer satisfaction
  • High proficiency in utilizing analytical software and sales tools (SFDC, Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated
