Role Summary:
Define, build and grow strategic partner and channel relationships with partners – founded on a joint business plan. Drive GE revenue growth by enabling our partners to develop joint offerings, GTM plans, and executive alignment to deliver best-in-class solutions to customers globally.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Have input into business strategic direction based on industry and market knowledge
  • Contribute to building a robust partner and alliance strategy for the Oil & Gas market
  • Work with key stakeholders across techniology partners, advisory partners, and global system integrators to enable and grow BHGE Digital products
  • Solicit and engage support for joint marketing investment from key partners
  • Work with target partners to execute to the strategy and business plan
  • Execute to key targets for revenues, orders, and other joint business metrics including partner training and certification
  • Orchestrate and educate internal and external stakeholders to execute the go to market plan
  • Influences at the senior management level for partners to ensure mutual success
  • Establish indisputable market leadership to gain effective visibility in the industry to ensure that BHGE is “top of mind” with potential business and strategic partners.


    Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or Business. MBA or other advanced degree strongly preferred.
  • At least 5+ years of professional experience in alliance management, commercial strategy, marketing and/or business development
  • GE Leadership Program Graduates will get credit towards relevant work experience, commensurate to the program they have completed

    Eligibility Requirements:

  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
  • We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job
  • Must be willing to travel up to 10% of time
  • Must be willing to work out of an office located in San Ramon, CA or Houston, TX

    Desired Characteristics:

  • Must have a "change agent" attitude; constantly pushing us and our customers to new opportunities, approaches, ideas, perspectives, etc
  • Software, Internet, and/or mobile development background a plus
  • Strong experience in cloud software business models
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; dynamic (persuasive) in presenting ideas to clients and prospective clients from VP to C-level; comfortable being able to quickly join the client leadership team and immediately add value
  • Strong interpersonal skills as a team leader and team player with experience managing and training other consultants a plus
