Role Summary: 

Finance Management Program (FMP) accelerates development of entry-level talent and produces leaders capable of meeting the challenges facing the business at BHGE. FMP is a 2 year program consisting of 4 six-month rotations that allow members to build leadership and functional skills through challenging rotational assignments and world-class training.  The experience gained during rotational assignments will give the FMP members an opportunity to accelerate career growth.

Essential Responsibilities:
  • Participate in rotational assignments to build experience in financial planning and analysis, accounting, audit, forecasting, treasury/cash management, and commercial finance.
  • Complete rotation assignments and/or special projects across 6 core finance domains: supply chain, commercial, digital, financial planning and analysis, operational finance and controllership. The program is led by senior BHGE professionals and mentors and is committed to developing world-class financial leaders for exciting careers.
  • Complete coursework covering technical accounting, financial, business and leadership curriculum.
  • Focus on contributing to the strategic direction and growth plans of the organization.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to solve problems and/or complete special projects.



In addition to fluency in English (assessment of your English proficiency may be part of the selection process) and the legal right to work in the country in which you have applied without company sponsorship or time restriction, you will need:

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Math, and Business Management within the last 24 months
A minimum GPA average of 3.0/4.0
