Role Summary:
The Sales Specialist responsible for selling product(s), services, parts, solutions, or projects - Remote Visual Inspections (RVI). Contributes to sales plan in a specific region (Russia & CIS). Defines sales strategy for targeted clients. Products and systems requiring technical knowledge. Some customization to client conditions can be done. Cooperates with (technical) sales support to realize sales. Is leading a department with medium-sized estimated orders.

Essential Responsibilities:
1. Provide leadership for sales to assigned customers through the formulation and execution for strategies and plans that capitalize on the customer’s strengths as supplemented by GE’s products and services
2. Build customer relationships with the assigned customer for sales Support the assigned customer in sales activities and provide assistance to the customer in identifying new opportunities
3. Leads communication on assigned product line projects with channel partners, Product Management and Channel Sales Managers
4. Responsible for maintaining knowledge and operational skills on assigned product lines at channel partners and customers by providing appropriate trainings and support materials
5. Coordinate activities and provide leadership to establish individual sales strategies obtaining appropriate approvals for pricing, and delivery
6. Negotiate contracts as required
7. Maintain knowledge of market trends, competitive actions, product needs, and customer base
8. Work with Marketing to develop project specific sales strategies for assigned customers
9. Make recommendations for continued growth

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • At least 3 additional years of experience in Sales, Product Support or Service of Remote Visual Inspection equipment
  • Strong oral and written communication skills;
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • In-depth knowledge of the industrial applications for product lines and markets
  • Fluency in Russian and English
Successful candidates will be employed under local employment conditions and must already satisfy local employment/work permit and residency regulations.
