Role Summary:
This position based in GE Sensing EMEA, Shannon Ireland is for a Contracts and Services Planner. This individual will be responsible for the administration and execution of all calibration contracts for our customers and the planning and scheduling of all service orders. This role involves facilitating transactions, calibration and delivering replacement/repair parts and equipment as part of a Services agreement or order.

Essential Responsibilities:
This position includes activities such as processing transactions, managing processes, material management, SAP updating and other Customer service tools.
The Planning aspect of this role involves the schedule and expediting of the flow of materials (from suppliers and also within departments) according to production schedules.
Plan and schedule material/production needs in SAP and maintain 100% data integrity within this system.
Coordinate resources to achieve goals with a timely and cost-effective strategy.
Develop, coordinate, lead, and execute daily production plans.
Develop and implement process controls.
Support Services leader in the strategic planning of manpower, equipment, and other resources.
Suggests and implements improvements in processes and procedures within the function.
All contract performance related activities, typically tied to a customer site.
Assure timely resolution of issues and keep the customer advised of the progress of the project, and negotiate changes and variations and solutions to any issue arising.
Responsible for adherence to contract service, operations, and performance specifications and metrics.

Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college ideally
At least 3 years relevant experience in Services, Planning or Contracts administration
