Role Summary:
As the Customer Service Rep II , you will be primarily responsible for automation product / service line billing and sales support using SAP systems.

Essential Responsibilities:
In the role of Customer Service Rep II , you will:

  • Be responsible for billing and sales support using SAP. All materials sold and moving in and out of the warehouse must be documented. Obtaining required approvals and documentation supporting material transactions. Follow all internal processes ensuring compliance
  • Participate in monthly/annual cycle counts and physical inventory’s
  • Be responsible for strong safety culture supporting a safe workplace
  • Be responsible for customer account reconciliations, clearing and closing all tickets in order to meet monthly, quarterly and year-end closing schedules
  • Focus on customer service working to build relationships
  • Ensure all customer requirements have been met as it relates to order fulfillment and billing
  • Work in a team environment supporting service and sales groups.

  • Associates Degree from an accredited or institution (or High School Diploma / GED from an accredited school or institution and a minimum 3 years of billing experience and 3 years of customer relations experience.)
  • Minimum 1 year of billing experience
  • Minimum 1 year of customer relations experience

    Desired Characteristics:
  • Working knowledge of Warehouse functions and material movement requirements
  • Strong communication skills – written and verbal
